I thought of that. It's actually at the top of my list of things to do. I
once played with some Blue Shift maps, and actually got them to run under
OP4. Problem was that anyone wanting to play them would have to download 8MB
or so of Wads, so I scrapped the project. The trick to getting them to work
was to remove a buttload of entities. Same thing I did to the OF* and C*maps
I run.
Modifying entities can be time consuming - but it looks like it might be
what I have to do to get this to work <sigh>

You could use something like Ripent to find out if the maps have any
similar entities and then take them out. Just a thought.

I'm getting this on a server that has been stable. It is associated with
specific maps, but only happens intermittent.ly. I'm 100% certain it's
the
maps, I'm playing with some old cold-ice maps - so my questions is,
what is
there in a map that can cause this? I'm guessing there are entities in
the
map that OP4 does not support, but I've run maps before with unsupported
entities before, and it's never crashed the server. So - what in a map
can
cause this?
