This fixed some of them. I still see, for example, at the motd, #CTFMenu_OK
instead of just OK on the button. This entry appears in my titles.txt, but
it still doesn't work. What is the trick to get this to work properly?

the only trick is to install this patch

make a copy of your gearbox folder before installing incase you dont like
it.. but
there is only things in the patch that gearboxsofware have released..so it
is safe to install
