The update news says:
Fixed dedicated servers defaulting to LAN instead of Internet
Implying there is a dedicated server. Where is it? It's not included with
Source Dedicated Server downloaded via Steam. It's not in the games list.
Alfred already said it's not yet available via hldsupdatetool. I don't see
the executable anywhere. So....where is the HL2DM:S dedicated server?

Half-Life 1: Source Deathmatch (HL1DM:S) is only available to people who
have preordered Half-Life 2: Episode 1 currently. We will be releasing
it via hldsupdatetool at a later date.
