You can't "show" anyone this happening. As far as we know you might just command your botnet to attack your server ip and flood your connection thus causing the pings to rise. I do not kick HPBs and I suspect any problem you might have with such "HPBs" connecting and joining your server and causing problems might have more to do with the stability of your network connection. It also might be possible for someone using a hacked connection causing your server problems that might show the same type of behavior.
