Depends...you want it for source or HL1? For source you can use Hlstatsx. For HL1 there are a few, but nothing steller. The one that I used to have was built on amxx and used a db. It would be really easy to make an amxx plugin that takes all chat and tosses it to its own file. I could even probably write it for you if thats what you are looking for. Let us know.
