Also, I know the SRCDS admin plugin by Mani (http://www.mani-admin-mod.com) lets you setup reserve slots. Many communities and servers seem to be selling this access for a small monthly/yearly premium. I'd like to think the HLDS admin tools have the same feature, but don't know for sure.
