Do you run HLStatsX? If so what does the hitboxes show? Have you made a demo of them playing and viewed it back? At the end of the day if you are still unsure but they are causing people to leave your server then I would just ban them (or you could be more polite and ask them to leave). They usually hit with the first shot and they score higher than anyone else on the server by a factor of 3-1 or so. I wouldn't want to accuse them of cheating if it's not so, but I'm scratching my head on this one. They do seem to have good dodging skills, so I suppose it's possible that they are just very good players. I do run a "Shell Shock" server so many times, it's the shotgun that's in use, but I don't see this kind of accuracy out of anyone else on the server and certainly not by me. Another player asked one of them how they do it and he replied "hacks." But he could have been kidding...
