Explaining your problem as, "I double clicked the program and it doesn't work" is never going to endear a person on any sort of technical list. Without a proper explanation of the problem and the troubleshooting steps taken thus far, the initial poster just looks lazy at best or stupid/naive at worst. I am all for helping people out, that much ought to be quite obvious, but I am not prepared to do other peoples jobs for them, nor am I prepared to help people out who do not appear to wish to help themselves.
