Hello! First off, I am running an athlon64 3000+ with 1024gb dual channel,
160gb 7200rpm/8mb sata, 100mbit ethernet on CentOS. It is on a good bgp mix
with smart routing. I run cs 1.6 servers great off this machine (only for
personal use). For some reason condition zero servers just dont feel right. I
hear this from a lot of the condition zero community. they are convinced the
netcode is different and people dont setup the servers correctly. i run 3
servers off of this machine. I would like to have them all at 500 fps
consistantly (if possible?) i have tested around with -pingboost and
sys_ticrate but cant seem to get the fps to be consistent.i can get the one
server to run at 1000fps consistently with 1100 ticrate but it doesnt feel like
its 1.6 counterpart, i know they are different, but i mean bullet registration
wise. can we clear up this 'different netcode' myth, and any advice for getting
the servers more consistent is much appreciated, thanks! -Ryan
