[ Converted text/html to text/plain ] ive got a hlds for cs1.6 (non-stem) and it works great, both lan and net... i hvnt tried running a source server yet but try and find out if you can get the (non-steam) source server where you dont need to use your log in account, go thru the .cfg files and see if your sv_lan is set to '0' and the reigon is 'aust'. you can dl pre-set .cfg files from css sites whi ch have been configured so u just have to replace the original files and they also come with tuts (image) hope this helped, l8r man
