Dont use the one in the Steam Tools list because if Steam Crashes, it
takes the server with it, PLUS it uses up a perfectly good Steam Account.

I would recommend that you don't use the dedicated server in the Steam
directory.
Create a fresh install using the hldsupdatetool:
