The BEFSR41 is an older model. I went through several of them before I got
tired of RMAing them. The earlier models had some very serious quality
problems, and it is too limited for what I do. The WRT54G is a much better
router, and you can get free alternative firmware like talisman or alchemy
that extends the router functionality, such as giving you assignable IP
addresses. I was so dissapointed with it, that it was a long time before I
would use a Linksys product. Anyhow, the router has a firewall, and if you
have not disabled it, then it is on and that alone is enough to keep your
server from appearing on the master list. Find it, and shut it off.

You forwarded port 27015 to 192.168.2.100?

You figured out how to get into your cable modem and shut off it's firewall?
Shut off all firewalls, get server working. Then turn firelwalls on and
configure them to only let server traffic through (and other valid traffic).

Ok sorry about not getting the exact info before but i hope this will do.
My router is a Linksys BEFSR11/BEFSR41. At this time i'm still getting my
firewall straighten out so thats on hold. Im not sure if my router comes
with a firewall so if it doesnt then im behind a comcast firewall. My IP
that shows in my server is 192.168.2.100 and im running my server on
CounterStrike 1.6
