Hey guys, how's everyone feeling tonight? Listen, we recently moved our servers to a new server machine and ran into an old friend (problem) that we had fixed on our old box long ago and have since forgotten how to fix it. After picking eachothers brains here at the office we decided we'd give it a rest and see if you guys could assist us.
Our hl2mp server runs as a service on fire daemon, as do all of our servers. However, we're getting this lovely error: srcds.exe - Application Error The instruction at "0x012833da" referenced memory at "0x00e192a0". The memory could not be "read". click on OK to terminate the program Now, I've been hunting for a fix for days now and it's driving me crazy. I've tried everything listed in http://forums.firedaemon.com/viewtopic.php?t=213&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 to try and solve it with no success. I'm sure someone out there encountered this same problem and found a work around to allow the server to simply crash with no error and restart.
