I guess I'm not reading the stats page right, however there is over a 20 minute delay now (there wasn't at the time). I guess I don't know how to read it right.
Thanks for the help, sorry for asking. I tried to go through all the steps of figuring out the issue before bringing it here. I think they could be a bit more descriptive in their support page on this issue.
