I knew that valve was only in it for the money when i found out that sierra
had sold thousands of duplicate CD keys in the game packs. The sad thing is
valve probably knew all about it.
Just dont run any Source games. dont buy them dont give them your money.
go back to playing HL1 mods and the true spirit of what started all of this.
I did back in 1997 and its the same CD key i been using ever since. I'll
never purchase another game from valve, EVER. I have hoped and prayed
valve would go bankrupt for years but we dont always get what we wish for
now do we. i wish gabe would just have his heart attack and be done with
it, that fat slob of a loser.

When we... the HL community... accepted the premise that Valve had the right
to dictate that their mandatory updates had to be installed or your server
would be delisted, or your client couldn't connect, we gave Valve final say
over how the servers are run. Not much you can do about it now. Boycott if
you want... it won't change a thing... Valve will not change until and
unless their bottom line gets affected.
