I've seen all the problems with IE7 and was very reluctant to install it.
But recently I upgraded my antivirus and forgot to change my preferences for
the Windows Update. Well, while I was at work, my puter installed the IE7
and auto rebooted after the update. I usually have it set to notify me
before it even d/l's an update. So far I've had no problems with anything on
the client side of my machine with Steam and IE7. I think I may be one of
the few lucky ones.
