Well you forgot to tell us exactly what you are running.If you are running AmxModx with HL1 you can use several plugins.The way I understand you,you want music to play during the verifing files part where you are actually connecting to the server.Not while you are playing in the server.If this is the case and like I said above,running Amxmodx and HL1 mods you can use one of these handy dandy mods....
