But the best is he restart the server automaticly

I dont know what i had to do now...

You need to give more information about what is happening. Also more
facts. Is this a connection at home or not what is your ISP? Have you
tested the server with other connections besides Steam. Can you get to
the server through a web page or a file transfer? What kind of router
do you have? Have you opened the right port #? Have you checked the
server installation FAQ at steam.com? I would try to isolate the
problem the best way you can until you give some more info so someone
can help you.
