I recommend Frazer's ogsWatcherService. It's built specifically for
SRCDS and HLDS, and supports graceful shutdowns of your instances, as
well as allowing you to pass a multitude of parameters/CVAR's to the
server EXE on startup, as well as once the server is initialised.
