dont use quote marks around the beta switch
hldsupdatetool -command update -game hl2mp -dir . -beta srcds0407
(fix the -game for your game and -dir for your install location)

And how to get this built? I deleted the content of the bin directory
that he is forced to re-download the content and i used the "-beta
srcds0407" but i still get the 3068 and not 3070.
