How is a discussion concerning this mailing list off topic? If you're serious about this mailing list, you would have an email client that sends every hlds email to a specific folder. That's what I do. I visit my HLDS folder and read the subject lines of the latest emails. Either the subject interests me or it doesn't. Every now and then, I just delete everything.
How hard is that? The only kind of person who would have a problem with that, is someone who is sad enough to use their mobile phone to receive hlds emails so they can make their sorry lives worthwhile, by replying to people during is his lunch break... -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Regime Sent: 20 June 2007 13:31 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Request for list moderation - Was: [hlds] REMOVE ME Some people just want other people to stop writing things like "Damnit...I got owned trying to pwndizzle someone...lmao." to technical mailing lists. Maybe what needs to be done instead is that people think about what they write to a mailing list that probably reaches several hundred people. I don't see why I should press the delete button to make up for other people's stupidity. Anyway.. This was just meant as a request. You can either agree or disagree, but let's not turn this into an endless off topic discussion once again. This will be my last reply to this. --- Regime Roman Hatsiev wrote: > Some people just want someone else to press Delete button for them :) > > On 19/06/07, Hell Phoenix <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> What needs to be done is people simply hit the delete button.
