When someone gets a bit out of control, someone from Valve will usually give them the boot. That is all we need. I've been on this list longer then most of you (um...6 years now? I subscribed originally early 2001, IIRC) and it's the lack of heavy handed, over the top moderation that keeps this list going (and entertaining).
