All of a sudden I find thousands of waiting "Send error report to
Microsoft" messages, all with the same error details:
AppName: hlds.exe AppVer: 4.1.1.1 ModName: swds.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0009380d
I'd like to add that this error doesn't occur until a map loads. If I
start a server with no map running, the server runs with "Can't status,
not connected."
I would start with memtest86+. Maybe its bad RAM? You might also
consider running a hard drive utility. File corruption perhaps? I like
Hitachi's utlity (runs on any hard drive, not just theirs).
Also, is this dll file from a plugin you're running? Try disabling the
plugin (or setup a fresh copy of srcds in a new directory).
