I ran the hldsupdatetool once when the files were first available. I just ran it again and cannot duplicate this error either. It verified the files. Windows Server 2003 R2

But in my case it created the Orange Box folder and then attempted to redownload everything into it. SO I canceled it and just moved the 1st tf folder into the orangebox folder and it verified it from there on.
