One trick I used to use is using the Windows command prompt options (I
am assuming Windows here, right?) and set each server to a different
background color.

For example, our main server was Red with White text
our deathmatch server was blue with white text
and our DoD server was pink with white text.

It was easy to discern them from each other that way. Of course, we
only ran a few servers per box, so memorizing was easy. If you have
more it could get complicated.
