It looks like you just got on a bad team on a server where that team had a serious disadvantage. Either that, or try playing on full servers, the game doesn't play well with less than 12v12 in my opinion. 10v10 is okay, but below that it makes people think "tactics" which is hard when the game isn't designed for single-person tactics as much as team play.
