"Neph, respawn time for defense is way too long."

I get complaints, constantly, from players in my server and elsewhere
that my server has 'huge' respawn times.

But... i'm running stock respawn times:
"sv_tags" = "increased_maxplayers" ( def. "" )


And... I have to agree. When I'm on defense and I get a 20 second
respawn, it really does hurt. I understand that they're important to
balance, and I'm hesitant to change them, but they really are hurting
people's fun.

What do you all think?
