I spent awhile today trying to figure out if I could play back a SourceTV demo on a server. Apparently you can't as the playdemo command crashes the server.
The reason for wanting to do this is for a post-match "autopsy". Our clan always tries to talk extensively about what worked and didnt after a match or a scrim. It would aid this immensely if we could play back the SourceTV demo on the server and then we could all connect and pause/rewind/slomo/whatever while talking about what's going on and what we should've done. So anyway, this would be nice!
