I don't see why they cant block off areas we're not meant to get to 
(Like the sky?) by having an instant death ABOVE / Behind the clipping 
brushes (So if you rocket jump into the sky you wont die, if you exploit 
you will).

Or even only able to build a sentry on the same level +-  a few units as 
you're standing on. No problem with bulding things above your head then.
