If a player is about to die and changes teams the logs report the
kill/suicide after the players team has been switched:

L 03/05/2008 - 18:07:13: "Player1<2547><STEAM_0:0:xx><Blue>" joined team
"Red"
L 03/05/2008 - 18:07:13: "Player2<2549><STEAM_0:0:xy><Red>" killed
"Player1<2547><STEAM_0:0:xx><Red>" with "player" (attacker_position "-422
-1026 -203") (victim_position "-763 -1351 256")

This is making it appear as a team kill even though it isn't (which is
complicating my processing the server logs for statistics).


A similar thing happens on autobalance (I'm pretty sure this was from an
autobalance):

L 03/15/2008 - 09:47:50: "octo-dhd...<6234><STEAM_0:1:xx><Red>" joined
team "Blue"
L 03/15/2008 - 09:47:50: "octo-dhd...<6234><STEAM_0:1:xx><Blue>" committed
suicide with "world" (attacker_position "-486 -1957 70")


Sorry if this has been reported before, someone told me they were going to
report this problem but I couldn't find it in the archives.
