They definitively used an outside video program because the demos ingame use
TF2's textures and everything from the GCF. I dont know which one. Game
trailers probably made the video, Valve just gave them the map I bet. There are
a few programs that can record in game but I dont know any. They will save the
file as AVI or Mpeg so its youtube compatible.
