To clarify, this message came from srcds? I would first assume it came
from one of your mods - but in either case, I highly doubt it's
referring to the physical condition of the server. I would first ask
on the forums relevant to your mods to see if any of them have such a
cryptic error message.

Overall, though, it's probably nothing to be concerned about.
