At the moment I'm sure they're aware of the issue and looking into it. I didn't know there was a rule against multiple topics.
Also, in terms of the topic. It's clear there's nothing we can do without Valve to fix the issue. The issue is in a holding pattern until an announcement is made. The only thing this topic is doing is distracting you from reading the same reply to the other one over and over "server crashing omg plz help thx valve!" Relax.
