This has been an on-going issue with the Linux version of SourceDS. I've
incorporated work-arounds to fix the issue myself. And yes, my configs are
correct. They used to work fine, then randomly some time a year ago,
banlists disappear on initialization (for some reason, SourceDS empties the
banlist file on load, sending the server a writeid/writeip command after
boot fixes it).
