Round_end always follows it, but I believe that's because everyone gets booted from the server so round_end is automatically triggered.
I have four servers with an identical config excluding their map cycle, and it only happens on the one server, which is my most popular server. All of the servers have the following addons: Eventscripts SourceMod Mani Admin The server being affected is a CS: Source server.
