Well before i buy, nobody said "your server will not be in master list"... Also, i have choosen them because of their performance for forgein players.
I think, what they are doing is okay for clanservers... But not for communities like mine, because we pay servers to get them full of players and promote our website and earn money from advertising to pay up more servers. I think, next month the only server i will host there will be the tournament server (because of international performance). I'll take for rent a dedicated server, and move the other servers there.
