I've had this problem for the past few updates. I can update the files fine no
problem but when I go back to restart the server I get nothing. No errors,
nothing in the event log anything.. The only way I can successfully update Tf2
is to copy my data out of the folder remove re-install and copy data back. And
I have tried without no plugins or anything still has same results.
