Gah they are AUS based. I they were US / Europe I might have been able to drop a case in front of the HTCU.
I'll keep digging: if anyone finds a decent UK or US link (like site hosting, IP's, addresses etc. anything) then I might be able to do something (drop me a line at this address). If anyone knows someone duped by one of their scams (UK only) and they dont mind going on record drop me their contact details or something. Not an awful lot I can do w/o an actual warrant but at the very least should be able to get a cease and desist on their site & domain.
