Precisely - autoexec.cfg executed prior to first map change and that
is why it is perfect place for variables queried by server during map
change like mp_dynamicpricing, sv_pure, tv_enable, log, etc. You can
always place these into your command-line like +tv_enable 1 but I
don't really like this approach.
