[hlds] [L4D] Fixing the user interface

Clearly if  we can create private server  for now, a little tweaking is
needed in the client interface, i had to make a vidéo since i don't want to
explain how to connect to our server to our whole community.
The 2 password windows when joining is a pain in the ass.
