On my Windows 2003 Server i can only start 10 L4D Servers. The first Server will start with Port 27040 SV / 27005 CL and the CL Port will increase until 27014 at Server #10. Will i start Server #11, the CL Port change to -1 and i became a warning, that the UDP_OpenSocket is unable to bind. Note that the port 27015 is still free, i start with Server ports 27040.
