Oh, I didn't read, you are both not talking about the same issue. Yes I also get 100% usage on both cores and there's no problem with that.
Jarno Veuger, I guess you are talking about the stuttering problem, and when you disable the "multicore rendering", it fixes it? Strange it happens with your ATI card, most people who have that problem have nvidia cards and it's only some drivers.
