You will need to go back through the news stories, and may be embedded in a multi-topic story headline, for the most recent mention of it from Chet Faliszek. The original mention of them working on the servers and related connection issues was back when the demo was out, and stated they hoped for a release "next week" (obviously didn't happen), which take into effect "Valve Time"...it could be any time.
