well if that was stated then i would probably agree with you. however i
would still think it would be a bit much since they can stay there and
there is really no way of seeing them there, but the patch stated
* Spies will be able to recharge their cloaking ability by picking
up ammo off of the ground or from health cabinets
they took away getting ammo from enemy dispensers so since you can't get
the ammo from that they shouldn't be able to get cloaking recharge from
dispensers since there is no ammo to be picked up and its not a health
cabinet.
