Why not just use the multiple free weekends that valve gives you to try the game out? That's what it's for and it's not illegal. Hell, several 3 day 100% free sessions should be sufficient, don't you think?
Thank you, Alec Sanger P: 248.941.3813 F: 313.286.8945 From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Date: Sat, 20 Dec 2008 18:00:12 -0500 Subject: [hlds] New crash exploit?(TF2) Hello. I'm emailing you today because of a cracked server for your game, Team Fortress 2. It isn't anything bad, far from, I just wanted to say that I would like to thank you for allowing someone who can't really afford the game just yet to be able to play it. Yes, I know, I can't afford a game for $20 with tax. But with the economy of Canada and the USA failing, along with my family hitting some hard times, most of my paycheck goes to paying bills, and the rest of it goes to paying for groceries. The server I was playing on, Pwndora's Box, was a cracked one, allowing people without the actual game, to test your game out and play it. It gave me a chance to just kick back and forget the issues at hand and play with some good people. Though due to the possible crash exploit, that is no longer viable for me to do anymore, seeing as the server had to go down due to the constant crashing of some random occurance of someone or something logging on and taking down the server. It is due to this, and the fact that I have become far to used to playing your games, I shall be saving up all the money I can spare over the next month in order to buy your game.
