No. It's right here - Unless you know of another place where we dedicated
server operators are supposed to express our concerns and experiences.

I still have no idea how people can actually *defend* valve. They are NOT in a
defensible position.

They need to stop adding new perks/content, making new achievements and what
not and *FIX THESE GLARING BUGS* that make the serverops look bad. We are here.
We are *SUPPORTING VALVE* by providing places for people to use their products.
We want to CONTINUE to do so.

But they're making it tough.

It's frustrating to see a loaded server of people enjoying TF2 only to have it
clean out when this bug hits. Sometimes we'll invite a couple of people to get
it going again only to have the same bug hit 2 maps later. Sometimes right on
the next map! I've seen this bug hit 3 map changes in a row.

I have to justify my extra expenses for these game servers/pipes to my wife. I
expect the most for my time, money and resources and expect nothing less from
Valve. Credit where credit is due, they are true visionaries in this field -
but their image is being tarnished by the poor quality of their code, lack of
PR and their seemingly non-existent QA.

Again, people call me a crybaby/whiner/whatever - I don't care, sticks and
stones and all that. How I feel won't change, and how I express myself won't
change either. We NEED valve to deliver a fix for this.

As a career engineer for nearly 20 years, if I were to deliver a product that
broke under condition X 10% of the time, I'd be out of a job if I couldn't fix
it quickly. Valve should be held to that standard.
