Don't know if this is the same issue but getting timeout issues out of nowhere now. Ran the server from manual command line and the fps still runs but nothing happens in the console when the timeouts occur, cpu hits hard, drops starts to climb then nearly bottoms out and suddenly everything is back to normal for a few seconds to minutes at a time before the next spike. Thankfully our servers had not experienced the previous issues everyone had been talking about, now the flu has been spread!
