I've run hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game l4d_full -dir .
(which normally works), but it doesn't download anything new. Users
who try to join my server reserve it and then get disconnected.

The server is behind NAT, and if I don't do -hostip (WAN address), it
will be insecure and say "insecure (secure mode enabled, disconnected
from Steam3)". If I set the IP with -ip, it will say the same error.
Only -hostip seems to work, but then players can't join. The server
used to work fine before the last big update. It's basically either
insecure and playable or secure and unplayable...
