Unfortunately the app that Cc2iscool posted is not working in Windows 7.
Having Windows Media Player on my desktop (not minimized) scored me 250fps,
but no higher.

Srdsfpsboost was the answer to my prayers.  The server is now running 500fps
on Windows 7.  Thanks for all the great help here, you guys really came
through for me.
