I noticed the issue as i was getting dupes in psychostats so there's an
issue there too i imagine. I hadnt noticed this before so i assumed it was
only a problem since the 2nd most recent update, but the nature of the issue
suggests its been happening longer than that.

Thanks for the Query Chris, ill post it up on the sourcemod forum for the
plugin.
